Aluminium track TS installation

  1. Preliminary information
    The aluminium TS track is intended exclusively for ceiling installation and is available only in a single version. To obtain a double version, two tracks must be installed next to each other using appropriate brackets.
    Before installation, check that the set is complete:
    * aluminium TS track,
    * small or large bend for the track (if applicable),
    * ceiling brackets (single or double – depending on the variant),
    * end caps, connectors (if several tracks are installed),
    * elements for hanging curtains/drapes (if included in the set): AS gliders with eyelets, optionally spiral hooks, AS gliders with hooks, or rotating TS clips.

  2. Measuring and installation planning
    Carefully measure the installation area and plan the position of the track in relation to the wall and window, taking into account the curtain/drape hanging system and protruding elements (e.g. radiators, window sills). Mark the positions of the ceiling brackets on the ceiling.
    Recommended bracket spacing: approx. 20 cm from each end of the track, approx. 70 cm between consecutive brackets.

  3. Installing the first end cap
    Install an end cap on one end of the track and tighten it using a screwdriver or power driver to prevent the elements from sliding out of the track.

  4. Connecting tracks or installing bends (if applicable)
    When extending the system with additional tracks or curved elements, use a dedicated connector for the aluminium TS track. Place the connector onto both tracks so that the screws face the window. Then press the elements together so that no gap remains and tighten the connector firmly to ensure a stable connection.

  5. Selecting brackets (applies to a double track)
    When installing a double track, the following can be used:
    * standard double bracket,
    * wide double bracket – recommended for installing curtains and drapes with Wave tape to ensure proper fabric arrangement.

  6. Inserting fabric hanging elements
    Insert into the track channel the elements for hanging curtains or drapes, depending on the selected system:
    * gliders with eyelets – for curtains and drapes with the Flex system,
    * gliders with eyelets + “spiral” hook – for curtains and drapes on gathering tape.
    Note: the glider with eyelet should be inserted with the elongated part facing the room – see photo.
    * gliders with hooks – designed to be attached to the gathering tape sewn into the curtain or drape,
    * rotating clips – for curtains and drapes on gathering tape, for curtains and drapes in the Wave system,
    * dedicated gliders connected with a cord must be used; these are added when ordering curtains/drapes.

  7. Installing the second end cap
    After inserting all elements into the track, install the second end cap and tighten it using a screwdriver or power driver to prevent the elements from sliding out of the track.

  8. Installing ceiling brackets
    Drill holes at the marked locations and install the ceiling brackets using suitable wall plugs and screws (selected according to the type of ceiling). Pay attention to correct bracket orientation – the longer arm should face the window – see diagram.
    Make sure the brackets are securely fixed and aligned in one line.

  9. Clipping in the aluminium TS track
    Clip the aluminium TS track into the previously installed ceiling brackets, pressing it evenly along the entire length until it is properly seated.
